Post cleanse and menstrual cycle? questions!!!

Hi. i finished a 22 day Master-Cleanse on tuesay. I dropped a good deal of weight. I have " issues" with scales and I hate to guess but I guess i dropped a good 15-20 lbs. anyway, i get the worst worst pms and sore breasts and cramps and moods et al. I was due for my period on Friday and its sunday night and still no period. plus I have no pms, no soreness etc. i am wondering f i threw it off. anyway else have their cycle act differently or skip a period after a longer cleanse? I wanted to go even longer as i started to feel so good after 20 but everyone at work, i work ina resteraunt, started gettinng weird and paranoid etc and threatened if i didnt start eating they woulnt let me work. hmmph! said they were worried about me. 22 days is great though. i guess i understand their concern. they all know i used to be anorexic.
anyway, any input on the menstrual cycle stuff would be appreciated...
