i don't know what that is in your moustache, but don't lick the regular skin around your mouth or the skin at the parts where your lips meet the skin at the corners or you will get something like angular chielitis or dermatitis. the lips are mucous membrane and need to be licked but don't lick the normal skin around your mouth like the skin on your hands and face.
