Hello, I am relieved to read your story and happy that you found such success by just taking baking soda! My doctor has found microscopic but moderate amounts of blood in my urine and fortunately the cytology report shows nothing really sinister is happening. The urologist still wants me to see a nephrologist to try and figure out where the blood is coming from. Could this be just caused bye kidney stones? I'm wondering how much water you drank per quarter of a teaspoon of baking soda per dose four times a day. Can you enlighten me of that and how long it took for the blood to be completely gone? I'm seeing this doctor on Thursday and I want to get on top of this as soon as possible. I am in excellent health otherwise, I eat very well, not a lot of junk. I am 5'6" and weigh about 110 pounds, low blood pressure, low cholesterol, really great health except for this blood in my urine. Very nervous, but very hopeful to get a good diagnosis, especially after I start this regimen of baking soda and water. Thank you very much for responding! Andee
