The SWF didn't work for me last time...

I'm going to give it another try this go around, but last time I did the Master-Cleanse the only thing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) did was distend my stomach and make me very uncomfortable -- I didn't have a rush to the bathroom either...it was a horrible day! Let us know how it "goes" as it's my perception (from this MB) that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) doesn't work for everyone.
