Since no one replied yet, I'm editing my previous response.
Initially the results of the cleanse were horrendous. I was nauseous and shaky. After my bowel movement, I did feel lighter though. The crazy thing is that my poop was snake like. I was totally anticipating diarrhea.
It's been a few hours and I'm feeling much better. If I was healthy I'd be blossoming on an animal protein based diet, but I'm still concerned about the mold toxins in my liver, so I just had organic rice protein and 1/4 an organic banana after my workout. Normally whey and fruit tend to bloat me, but so far I feel ok. I'm definitely not planning on adding more fruit into my diet, but I needed SOME form of
Sugar after exercising, so hopefully I can do this routine again.
So I guess the cleanse did some good, but I'm not going to attempt it again until I feel less toxic.
