What do you think of taking a tablespoon a day of CS to prevent disease? Do I need more?

We go on a lot of bus tours and we do ship cruises. I almost always get sick on these trips. With 60 coughing people packed into a bus for up to a week or more, I usually get sick with a chest cold or worse. Last time I was on a ship cruise, I caught a BAD diarrhea !

I was thinking that CS could be my needed miracle to prevent my travel sickness.

PS) I am so happy about discovering CS that I can shout it from the rooftops! Since nubulizing CS, my breathing is better now than in 25 years of dealing with doctors & their super expensive inhalers. I even cured my recent pneumonia caught on a tour bus, and I cured a neighbor's pneumonia just last month! We need to get the message out to the world by using this on line document that I created.
