I'm 31 from London and I have had two TMJ ops. That's two bilateral Arthroplasty-both sides. Jan 2015 and March 2015. The clicking and grinding stopped and the pain calmed for about 6months-but over Xmas its started up - more grinding sounds and total agony. Do u have any idea what the next step is, feeling very lost. Thanks!
