After you lie down, how long before the stones are all expelled from the gall bladder?
I figured that the stones should be expelled with the lemon juice and olive oil in about an hour. Do you know?
My problem is that the
Liver Flushes cause me bad insomnia. The ornithine
Hulda Clark recommends for that, at high levels, makes me dizzy the next day which is a side effect some people have. The thing that works to make me sleep is to eat something, especially meat. About 2 hours after the flush I got up from bed and ate.
I still did get out
Gallstones the next day. I'd say about 100. They were mostly quite tiny, though some were bigger. The thing is I have been taking Stone Free.
From what I have observed with 2 other
Liver Flushes since taking that product, it seems to shrink the stones more and more over time.
So....I'm wondering if the small number of stones I got out is due to the Stone Free effect or the fact that I didn't wait long enough to let the
Liver Flush do it's job. Again, I don't know how long it takes for the stones to be squished out after one lies down. I can't put up with that insomnia as I need my sleep.
UPDATE: I can answer my own Q. I guess because I took my magnesium citrate later than usual, I was surprised to see I have expelled more stones and some big ones too. So I would say that you could lie down for say an hour and a half and then get up and eat something and not ruin the flush. I think next time I'll lie down and listen to some good online audio while I wait for the drink to work it's wonders. I have also learned that Stone Free is a good product, but it doesn't totally replace liver flushes. If it did, why would I still be getting out stones, of course.
