Worms in neck

Worm nest in neck. Ive had a few new hatchlings and the large worms laid a nest in my neck, this is causing me severe neck problems and they wiggle in there and the skin on my neck is getting very loose. Someone said maybe tea tree oil but i know u cant put that on your throat as it burns. Im wondering uf dmso is ok for the neck? I cant put a tens unit on my neck so im worried how I can get to these ones, theyre either flukes or ascarias.
