I have done many flushes, I also have two floating 6mm stones in my GB. My docs say this is not harmful.

Btw, this flush recipe takes care of both liver and GB stones. The thinking that the flush does not reach the GB is wrong. None of the ingredients actually go in the liver hepa ducts or in the GB, but actually makes them purge with pressure. From the Epsom Salts the ducts are widened and stones roll out easily. Bile collection is very necessary for a good flush.

If the GB is not infected there is no reason to remove it. I do believe that infected GB can be treated as well.
