Re: New Book - NDEs
I copied this off of the Amazon Ad and would like to comment on it:
"In this book, you will get answers. You will walk alongside real people who have had Near-Death Experiences (NDEs), and look through their eyes as they confront death. You will understand what awaits us at the other end. You will see what they have seen, and you will live to tell their stories."
I do not believe that you can trust the NDEs of people for truth. People should understand that there is a supernatural spiritual world that battles for our souls. Many of these experiences are deception in order to get people to believe a lie. Although the experiences may seem real, many are not. They are deception from the enemy of our souls. The supernatural world can make these experiences seem real to the people experiencing them. Each experience needs to be examined and judged. Does the experience we are examining line up with what the Word of God says about what awaits us at the other end? If it is a contradiction then we know it is deception and not reality. The enemy of our souls wants to confuse us with NDE stories. I believe some of them are true, but I've heard many that are deception. I have not read the book so I cannot judge these stories. I just wanted to give a warning because the ad states we will get answers from them. This is not necessarily true. We need to seek the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth if we truly want to know and understand what awaits us at the other end of death. We need to study the Word of God for our answers as we seek Him.
