I am glad to hear that you have done fasting before. I was lucky that my parents taught us fasting at a very young age. I also learned a lot from this forum, because my folks did not know the Science behind it, they just did all natural stuff because my grandparents taught them.

I am glad you liked my avi. I saw this on Internet and then I did some Photoshopping to it. I was thinking of changing it but now I won't.

Best wishes for your 14 day journey. Drink warm water to keep things moving and staying warm.
