Neem oil. Small bottle approx. $5 from health shop. Apply to privates after shower, before getting dressed. I found it helpful in killing off smaller
types of worms, but not the larger ones.

Salt & vinegar bath. Hot water, as hot as you can stand, with 1 or 2 cups iodised table salt plus 1-2 cups vinegar. soak at least 30 mins. Can provide some relief. may kill some of the smaller worms, and sometimes some of the larger ones.
