Thank you so very much for the reply. You seem very knowledgeable. I actually wondered if the chlorella was part of the problem, since I believe I have some mercury tucked away in storage too.
It doesn't seem like thiols are much of a problem for me since I can handle most high-thiol foods quite well. I have also been taking molybdenum which is supposed to help the liver metabolize them.
Fortunately, I decided to try a milk thistle supplement, which is helping dramatically. I am experiencing detox symptoms like headaches and muscle cramps, but I take it these will go away in time. My other symptoms, however, have resolved. Do you have any idea why this could be?
