Parasite infested? Help me please!

Am I crazy or is my hair really a parasite? I purchased a microscope and this is cell pic thru eyepiece.


I think they are all in my scalp, my ears, mustache, nose,beard,mouth, and God only knows where..... Seen the small white seeds in stool also what looked like white fluffy cloud like stream
. I am 50 and ache all over, physical said amemic

Feels like things (worms) are crawling in my eyes. My vision has gotten blury at close range in just one year.

I am afraid I am so infested that they are going to kill me
On a side note. I use Methamphetamine and it is how I noticed this. It seems to speed them up and puts them to moving
