Abdominal Spasms Near Left Ovary

Hello again. So on top of sudden Arthritis symptoms on my hands and arms, I've developed a violent twitching on top of my left ovary. My abdomen is spazzing so much you'd swear there was an alien baby kicking in there. I was so happy my period came on time, but now that I'm on it, I'm wondering if the cyst on my ovary is getting aggravated and wants to burst.

For the record, I have been rubbing Lugol's and DMSO on this area for a little over a week. I don't want to stop because I truly feel it has normalized my menstrual cycle, but could this all be a herx? For the past 36 hours my anxiety has been uncontrollable, and I have been waking up every 1-3 hours during sleep. I'm trying to see the connection between all of my symptoms.

I'm hoping someone can relate or has had similar experiences.
