The Chinese want to encourage (create) a 'PERFECT CITIZEN' (as opposed to 'A SOUL').

A "soul" is an independently formed human being, not a prefrabricated MIND that conforms to MAN'S ideas and ways.
We are not to be slaves/servants of a MASTER, we are to be ADOPTED SONS of a FATHER....and we are not to need to be TOLD what to do, WE ARE TO BE "lovers OF GOODNESS, masters of " ourselves.
