3 possibilities. You have pinworms and the eggs are hatching while on your hair etc. This can happen if you take baths and don't realize you have them. The eggs hatch in 6 hours. They will look like tiny white hairs or dandruff flakes. You can have strongyloides. or it can be a filarial infection. I would rule out pinworms first. They get everywhere.
