I have one question. Why is this book so successful to get people to quit? I wish I had this book when I quit smoking. It was the most difficult thing I ever did in my life. Also, my lungs have been suffering with asthma & infections ever since I quit. Thank GOD I quit when I did or my lungs would be suffering even more.
