-make your own coconut cream from fresh coconut
-cooked coconut cream/milk in soups
-fried coconut oil
As posted previously, fried coconut oil works better than raw for some unknown reason. Best guess is that frying frees up bound lauric acid. If you fry coconut oil at high temperature it will start to smell soapy.
The coconut flakes are not as good as the above listed. Coconut fiber is not well digested. Maybe a combination of the oils/cream plus some fiber would be good.
