Re: Fluke/parasite maintenance program on a budget, are there any good tinctures on Vitacost?
Yes you can get a whole pound of cloves.
Buy some vodka, soak them in it, and make yourself a tincture.
I like and trust Now.
I always start below the recommended dose and I am never afraid to go higher. I once drank half a bottle of parasite syrup. It finally worked. The more toxic you are, the stronger your reaction. The cleaner your system, the more you can take. Do not be afraid to go for a deep cleanse. If it makes you woozy, lower the dose.
Bloodroot and Wormwood is a mighty combination.
If you have brain worms, they will start to wiggle.
Bloodroot is NOT for sissies.
Let your body be your guide. If it's had enough, lower the dose.
Keep a no-pain, no-gain mentality and you will make the most progress.
Parasite cleanse every full moon if you can. Start a few days before. End a few days after. Do it as often as you can.
Read the book Parasite Rex by Carl Zimmer.
I do not know of Vitacost.
I use a search engine and look for bulk organic herbs and buy them by the pound. That is the cheapest way to do it.
Mountain Rose is good.
Herb Pharm makes good tinctures, but I'd rather make my own because it is cheaper.
