Not being able to afford chemo therapy

I'm looking for help regarding not being able to afford chemo meds. My boyfriend was diagnosed with trsticular therapy last year, he opted out of surgery meaning to remove anything so he went through chemo and the cancer had gone into remission. However in this past year the past year the cancer has returned and he has been doing chemo therapy for about the past few months. The medicine is extremely expensive and he has barely been able to afford it. The cancer has spread or is in the process of sprrading to his kidneys which scares me. He is making the decison to stop chemo because of the cost but in doing that I can only assume things will not go well. He is only 28 and I personally have never been through this. Can anyone help or give advice on treatment options or really anything? He does not have medicade. I really am at a loss for what to do as well as trying to be as supportive as I am capable of being. Any advice or information would be appreciated. Thank you
