Looks like you have a good plan going. You can tweek it after you get started if you feel like you need to.
The one thing I might add molybdenum. It helps convert the Acetaldehyde toxins to produced by candida, especially when dying. It's really made a difference for me.
I've only got started with doing enemas myself and from what I've read, it's generally safe enough even if you do it regularly but most of the time use just distilled water or saline, instead of the harsher stuff.
my position is don't do enemas unless you have a good reason and candida sufferers have a good reason! Any way you can get the toxins moving out of your body as quickly as possible is a good thing.
I'm worried about destroying the flora in my colon with frequent enemas, but I've seen that some people actually give themselves kefir enemas to replace flora. That's not a bad idea.
