Re: Water fasting struggle (and some questions)

Hi,
I too suffer from a current inability to fast for any prolonged duration so I can appreciate your circumstance.

I would say that inbetween fasts eat/juice some beetroot (raw if possible) it has a ton of nutrients including B vits and minerals that aid the liver and everything else. Have apples at the same time too for the malic acid.

B vits are also good for stress/worry and there is something in beetroots that enhances the oxygen carrying capacity of blood plus many other benefits.

I would add that when I first performed a fast I was for the first few times apprehensive but now (years later) when I think of fasting I have pleasant relaxing thoughts of what it allows the body to do for itself in what amounts to a relatively short period of time.

Its an extremely positive process and gradually you will regard it as such.
So dont worry too much about your sporadic dietry habits - try to relax into it and you will slowly come round to thinking the way your body wants you to think.
