Most people will get some sludge out of the gallbladder on the first flush but sometimes almost nothing. I recently did a flush after having some GB pain and nausea for a week. It took me 6 flushes before I saw stones and they were big stones some of them were 3/4 inch or more. Keep going, eventually they will come out.
