Re: Twitching - Adrenal Fatigue?

Did you notice any improvement at all regarding your reflux when you took calcium? I wonder if you could trial taking it again. If I don't have calcium my reflux is noticeably much worse. Especially that you take magnesium, you really need calcium with it as you will become unbalanced. The body needs both, in large quantities to work.

I suspect folate/folic acid intake might also be an issue with you given fatigue and especially if you are taking a regular B complex which might be working against you. Many people on Curezone including myself no longer take regular B complex because most brands have the cheaper and non-bio active form of "folic acid" in them which can make make people with genetic absorption problems worse vis a vis fatigue and other health problems. You could try and get one of those new generation B complex's such as B-Right by Yarrow which has Folate in it, not Folic acid.

Here is a link about Folic acid/Folate relating to fatigue syndromes:

Extra Vitamin B5 is also needed by your adrenals to recover.
