Eye floaters/parasites please help

Hi guys. I am still struggling with my eye floaters. It seems to be getting worse. I see a thin worm inside of a thick one or something and they seem to appear like they're vibrating. These clear worms have little circles, kinda like little joints.

Ive tried colliodial silver for a week and have not seen improvements. I also think these worm eye floaters are breeding because I see lots of little specs n dots which I think is eggs
