Im only on my first fast but I am thinking of doing a few in succession with a refeeding period of 1.5x duration in between. My goals are general health and repair of a few things
I am concerned about the weight loss, in that I haven't really got too much spare to lose in the first place!
I had an idea last night that on the refeeeding period to increase the number of calories 1.5x or even 2x (cleanly) to build up a surplus of weight for the next fast
