If you stay on NB, your copper will come down. It just takes time. The fact that your copper showed up high on the first test is a good sign. Mine was also high on the first test and was just ready to be removed once I got on the supplements. I don't mean it was all removed immediately, there is an up-and-down process. One retest would show that I was dumping copper (it was higher) while the next test might show I had dumped some (it was lower). Along the way, other metals are coming out, the macrominerals are shifting, etc. The body does a lot all at once and maybe not in the order that we thought it would. I've just learned to relax and let it happen while doing my best on the diet, supplements, resting a lot more, etc. Going to bed early is really important. Healing especially takes place during sleep.
Give the program a chance, and you will see and feel significant changes. And with some discomfort along the way, unfortunately. That's where coffee enemas, saunas, and other detox methods come in...to help relieve some of the distressing detox symptoms.
