Which protocol helps? Which book is best?

Does anyone know if you start out doing dmsa you can later on switch to dmps?

I was thinking about chelating my body. I had my fillings removed 13 yrs ago and I didn't do any type of real mercury removal except vit.c and vit.e that the doctor recommended.

Do you think that this will help?
