I would say, look how much all these 'improvements' have actually helped. The emergency rooms, Doctor Offices and hospitals thank you. And that is what most of these 'improvements' were for--to make gobs of money for the pharmaceutical cartels and their minions in big medicine, since the 'elites' (their owners) have found people will do and more importantly SPEND anything to get their kids well.

Kids are so much sicker than my generation ever was. I went to the doctor once, as a kid--never had ear infections, respiratory issues, or any of the other things filling the doctor offices, hospital, emergency rooms AND the cartel's pockets today.
