Help diagnose my heavy periods, doctors refuse to.

I'm hoping someone here can help me pinpoint a diagnosis to why I have heavy periods. I've always had heavy periods since I can remember. Doctors don't know why or can't tell me a name of a condition to what I have so I can at least know more about why this happens. Here's what I know:

Period is regular and lasts 7 days on average, with 2 very heavy days, 1 medium heavy, and the rest light.

I'm 31 now, weigh 130lbs, eat a restrictive healthy Diet (home cooked meals only, no processed foods, all organic, no sweets, low carb).

I have had no change in my period the course of my life. My hormones levels have been checked and was told are ideal. Never been pregnant.

A doctor prescribed me Tranexamic acid to help control the bleeding recently.

By my calculations of blood loss are the following without using the medication. Keep in mind I use a menstrual cup so it's easier to calculate.

total: 600ml per period

Any ideas?
