Day 4 on juice now and I feel really good today!
Had some emotional detox yesterday!
I'm not adding anything to the juice but pure veg and some fruit
today I have juiced a whole pineapple, 2 bags of carrots, 3 heads of romaine and 2 cucumbers.
Yes, I know.. lots of sugar, my body is used to it. My diet is high sugar.. like 8-10 bananas in smoothies a day!
I have 2 more days of juice left, then its water. Concerned because I will be working for 10 days while on water, not including the weekend in between... after that I am at home.
