I was looking at some of the stages again last night and I got the impression that 8-15 days is where i would see the benefit of fasting that I want but I agree that 5-7 is a good place for me to start to get the experience for my body and mind
I have spent the last few weeks on dealing with my coffee habits and tightening up on my diet so hopefully I am in a good position
I will try to post regularly with how I am finding it, I think at the moment I have fear of the unknown!
