Hey All!
I want to use ground flax seeds 1-3x daily as anti-inflammatory and cell-building food. Now, it is majorly composed of fats, Omega-3 and of course fiber. Given that fat needs to be reintroduced cautiously, what is your take on at WHAT POINT after breaking the fast is best to start them? Wait same number of days as the length of the fast itself? Or like in a week after breaking the fast (if long fast)?
