UTI? BV? something else? thanks for your help!

Well, I could use support...

sorry if this is an easy case or answerede already, not well having trouble reading everything...

i have severe urinary incontinence. bad urgency, wetting my pants now. often passing just a little fluid. Burns when I pee.

I have brown dischage and it smells. not fishy though


I have in past this year or so on an off when exposed to unsanitary situations picked up something and had for the first time some sort of bacteria infection in i guess, vagina.

I learned that as the cycle goes before menstruation, pH changes becoming vulnerable. For awhile this pattern was clear, it was coming at that time, then passing.

one way or another i kicked it most of this year eventually.

something happend and similar symptoms returned a few monthgs ago.

was merely inconvienent mostly... seemed to mostly clear up.

now its worse than ever. Never had urinary incontinence before. Very disturbed by this.

Is it merely a vaginal infection of some kind? Or with this incontinence, is it a UTI>? Something else?

Thanks. This is miserable. worst its ever been. Thought I was just getting better today, tonight its terrible. Darker brown than ever, not just some brown total brown, and constatnt frequent painful urine wetting myself :(

sigh... glad you guys are here to talk. _so_ embarressing. what a society when we can't even discuss these words :(

p.s. is at times excrutiating ly painful when passing urine. also, sometimes when i give up fighting urgency and wet my pants (sigh....) i feel tremendously better with the relief Tweet
