Grizz is right about supplementing with selenium. I noticed recently that seaweed naturally contains both potassium and iodine. So your labs makes sense in regards to deficiency. I'll have to research how much selenium is in seaweed as well. If it is high, then it just goes to show that food is the best way to get your nutrients, but if you're like me and can't eat that much, you should supplement based on the ratio of nature :)
