Parasites or polyps or both??? Please help

These came out in my stool, they float, they have imbedded dark brown veins and dark brown strings hanging from them, they are about the size of a pinky fingernail or larger. Reddish color with some whitish spots, sort of translucent. Are they colon polyps, or are these parasites, or are they polyps with dark brown worms on them???

About a hundred more of these just came out (I am on the Hulda Clark para cleanse right now, day 6), but they are much smaller, and some can be squished flat. These were fairly solid. These first three came out a week after a liver flush, before i started Para cleanse.)
