Re: Mucous, mucous, and more mucous
Ambler,
There are a few things you can do to get rid of the mucus.
1. Eat only warm foods that include cayenne, garlic, onions, ginger, turmeric, green chilies and cloves. You may choose one or more of these foods together or all of them in a soup.
2. No cold foods from the refrigerator ( and drinks), including all milk products, yogurt, cheese and anything with these foods in it. All milk products make more mucus.
3. No sugar.
4. If you have Neti pot, do Neti twice a day with
Sea Salt in warm water.
5. Before going to bed put a few drops of warm castor oil with garlic. You crush one clove of garlic, add it to 1 tbsp of castor oil, heat it on a flame, take out the garlic, let the oil cool and then put a few drops in your nostrils with a dropper, lying on the bed with your head dropping at the edge.
6. If you have mucus in your chest, I would do what our friend Grizz recommends, take a nebulizer mist with
Colloidal Silver and one drop of Nascent Iodine.

Lastly, at some point you need to flush your kidneys, which I am doing right now, part of my yearly cleansing. This will help you eliminate any future mucus issues and gout.
