B12 my biggest problem right now can only be made by bacteria reuterii and propioni shermanii, and these i flushed down the toilet 7 months ago, the only way we get these in the gut, is by way of breastmilk as babys, and if we consume raw animal milk wich we dont normally, there are supps luckily, but few.
These wil over a lifetime die of eating and bad habits but will not recover without ample reintroduction.
