Help for aunt: movement in body

My aunt is having the following symptoms. She has been to 10 doctors, and none have helped her.
My two thoughts are something neuro or parasites. Please let me know what you think.

She had what she described as a pendulum feeling in her chest. It did not coincide with her heartbeat.

That stopped, and then she experienced movement in her buttocks. It is not able to be seen by anyone, nor felt by anyone {as in you had your hand on her}. To look at her, you could tell nothing. But on the inside, she feels movement.

Now, it is in her buttocks, legs, and feet. My uncle said she feels like baseballs are moving all inside of those areas. She feels like she will roll off the chair if she is sitting and feels like her feet are rolling and she might fall if she is standing/walking.

It has gotten worse, and is quite debilitating.

This is all I know, and they live in another state.

Any thoughts would be so very much appreciated.
