Pancreatic Enzyme Die-off?

During the summer I was taking pancreatic enzymes for pets that seemed to be helpful. Like many good products, the company decided to reformulate, and now it is worthless.

In hopes of finding something similar, I picked up a brand today designed for humans, lol. After taking just one tablet, I felt unusually anxious, cold, and lightheaded. I read the label of the older pet product, and didn't realize the dose of the new product was 4 times the amount of enzymes I'd usually take!

I've read that pancreatic enzymes are great at killing unwanted things in your system. Does anyone else suspect this could be a fungal herx? From now on I'm going to break the pill in 4s and just hope for better digestion. I really hope it works because I'd be saving a lot of money. I'm sure you all know how hard it is to stay on budget with all these products we try. Tweet
