I am sorry to hear that you suffer from such condition and that you are on poisonous drugs. You have chosen a great path that will heal you. Do not listen to naysayers around you.

I was helping one my best friends daughter who has no family history of schizophrenia or any diseases on both sides of her family. But she was addicted to Sugar and McDonalds' junk food. At the age of 30 she showed severe signs of schizophrenia.
