This reminds me of my first year of iodine, taking too much at once, too much detox, then I realized that I needed to reduce. Quit all supplements, then added one by one to learn what caused what.
I had terrible effect of baking soda, as if my heart would bounce out. Also check whats in your chewable vitamins. If calcium carbonate or dicalcium phosphate, I would ditch them. The few times I have had kidney pains; calcium was involved; insoluble from supplements, or from standard milk products.
