The night before I started the cleanse I had two chocolate bars and pork chops and rice and sauce and coffee and cream and lots of real butter on white bread. So I really needed the cleanse eating like I was. I would really love to know how I would do a pre-cleanse diet and a post cleanse diet as well.
Last time I came off the cleanse I was irresponsible and did one day of orange juice and half a day of orange juice and broth and then I went camping with my friend and had burgers and hot dogs and I felt like crap. I think I spent 3-4 hours in the bathroom the first two days of camping. So I remember that hurt now and want to really take care of my body as I come off the cleanse again. I can very much empathize with how people are feeling who start eating right away. But the hurt is not worth it. Especially that post I read about eating two bowls of Chili as this girl was coming off the cleanse. Ouch!
So any help with coming off would be greatly appreciated as well.
