Gut Dysbiosis...Die off?

Background severe social anxiety/adrenal fatigue/ slight IBS following constant bombardment of abx therapy from GP for throat infection.

I commenced on a prebiotic yesterday Bimuno. Which is getting quite a good wrap, won't post studys as new to forum and not sure about the guidelines.

Also commenced back of Kefir, 2 X small servings a day.

Broadly speaking following Gaps diet.

Anyway one day in to bimuno....Jitters like mad, chills, restless legs, basically bouncing off the walls. Basically very similar to the way i felt when commencing on SSRIs a couple of months ago before i fobbed them off.

Just wondering if anyone else has had these as a die off reaction? And if so how long did it take to resolve?
