Confused about my iron blood test results - low iron saturation level?

I recently had my iron levels tested and I'm a bit confused. Both my serum iron and ferritin levels were around 50, but my iron saturation was 16%. The lab marked this as normal (it's at the VERY end of their normal range), but I'm seeing online that anything under 20% isn't good.

Should I start iron supplementation? What do these results really mean? :( Tweet
