Hyperinfection abnormal labs- anyone have similar?

Hyperinfection affecting bloodwork. Shouldn't doctors take notice?
For the medical peeps or friends interested: Massacchusetts General Hospital CBC results:
CBC abnormalities currently:
Extremely low BUN 3 (normal range 10-25)- if low signifies liver damage.
High AST 39 (normal is 9-32),
High Glucose 113 (normal 70-110),
Low MCH 26 (normal 26-34),
High RDW 16.2% (normal 11.5-14.5),
High MPV 12.2% (normal 8-12),
Burr Cells: present (normal is None): Regarding burr cells: "A case of respiratory hyperinfection syndrome which occurred in a patient on long term corticosteroid ... Laboratory evaluation revealed burr cells."
The presence of burr cells (echinocytes) indicates:
Abnormally high level of nitrogen waste products in the blood (Uremia is a clinical syndrome associated with fluid, electrolyte, and hormone imbalances and metabolic abnormalities, which develop in parallel with deterioration of renal function. The term uremia, which literally means urine in the blood).
Anion Gap High 18 (normal 3-17): A high anion gap indicates that there are, usually due to disease, elevated levels of anions like lactate, beta-hydroxybutyrate and acetoacetate, PO43−, and SO42−. These anions are not part of the anion-gap calculation and therefore a high anion gap results. There is a secondary loss of HCO3− which is a buffer, without a concurrent increase in Cl−. Electroneutrality is therefore maintained. Thus, the presence of a high anion gap should result in a search for conditions that lead to an excess of these anions.
PLTS Large: Present (normal: None),
Potassium Low 3.2 (normal 3.4-5).
Abnormal ECG showed right heart strain:
re hyperinfection: "Four patients had evidence of right-heart strain on ECG or echocardiography at the time of presentation."
That's 10 abnormal tests. Although some aren't significantly off, there's enough abnormalities that clearly my health is not in a great state.
