So with great apprehension: the past few nights I've taken the occasional pharmaceutical sleeping pill
I resisted for so long, trying kava, valerian, melatonin, 5htp, tryptophan etc and they all USUALLY work well
But there is the occasional night where if I don't take something stronger I'll toss and turn all night. I'm wondering how bad it is to take a sleeping pill just every now and then until the root cause is corrected. It can't be healthy to barely sleep, either
