I did the enemas about every 2 days. You don't want to harm the mucosal lining of the colon.

Using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , I used 5-10 activated drops per 2 cups of distilled water. White vinegar was also fairly effective. I used 1 tablespoon per 2 cups of distilled water. I did not retain either solution.

I did not get larger ones like in your photo early on, so I'm guessing you've been doing enemas for a while already.
